Flora survey

A flora survey is an essential part of ecological assessment, but can also be valuable for landholders who want to gain a better understanding of bushland on their property, or what plants may present a weed risk.

All flora surveys are conducted or supervised by our qualified botanist. A complete list of all plants present at your site or property is provided, together with information on any that are weeds or are protected under national or state legislation (usually due to rare or threatened status).

Ecological vegetation classes (EVCs), that describe plant communities in Victoria, can also be mapped and described. We are particularly experienced in recognizing and understanding the EVCs of local areas in the north east of the State, including both the Goulburn Broken and North East Catchment Management areas.
