This is recommended if you are thinking of buying a property, or are planning a new development or project on your existing property. We will research all biodiversity and native vegetation legislation that applies and survey the property for any protected vegetation, declared weeds or ecological communities that may be present. The written report will document our findings, including a flora list, and outline any legislated obligations, to guide future decisions about the property.
A due diligence report at the pre-design stage can avoid the need for redesigns, reduce costs associated with offsets and allow for the retention of landscape values at your site.
